Ticket Submission Process: Go to https://ecsd.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new      Fill out the ticket form, making sure to use your District Email. It will automatically send the ticket to me.

Franklin Bean is your first point of contact for all IT needs, but you must submit a ticket prior to assistance. He will do his best to address all tickets in the order they are received, so the faster you submit your ticket the faster you will be helped!

There is an IT helpline available on the district site but unless you just absolutely cannot ,or are not ,receiving the assistance you require from your school based Technology Coordinator, please do not call. 

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THE SUPPORT EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER TO PARENTS. DISTRICT IT CANNOT HELP THEM OVER THE PHONE OR VIA EMAIL AND WILL DIRECT THEM TO THE FRONT OFFICE OR THE SCHOOL BASED TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR.
